Looking for an exciting day?
All the trees in Basel know that autumn is already packed in the air. Even me know that!
In the rush of taking every possible last sips of the summer, I have asked myself since the last few days: "I want some excitement for today, otherwise the days have become very pleasantly routine"
Just earlier I was at my osteopath - Schwager, he showed me an exercise "moving the head and shoulders like seaweeds in the ocean reacting to the waves, focusing on the connection of the body in resulting the tension of the neck-shoulders". I like his idea: listen to to which position your body wants to be there.
I was in Schutzenmattepark for my lunch break. After two routines of Taiqi, I lied down and looked up to branches of a pine tree. She bears thousands of red fruits in her arms. The shining redness of her fruits are constantly searching for the sun rays, who make its way only on and off through her branches. I took out my camera, thinking "there are so many beautiful angles through many layers of depth, which of those do I want to see?". I then looked at the next tree, all the leaves turn to one one direction. I asked myself "They are so b/c of excitement or boredom?". Lying down, I can vividly see a fly crawling from one leave to the next: the "macro" view is just ... stunning!
So I found the excitement of today! It's simple but I know it takes a lot for one find this moment. Do you agree with me?
